I purchase this Apple Watch 3 Geek Squad Certified Reconditioned in hopes of saving a little off the retail price. The core Watch was in excellent condition with little to no signs of use. However the S/M strap was not included nor the instruction booklet which is usually packed in top of the Watch and includes the S/M strap. Unfortunately this was for my 14 y/o daughter and the M/L was installed and didn’t fit. Nothing in the description says “missing accessories” yet the “refurbished” description states all accessories original or comprable included. Tech support must not have understood that and when I called in because I was told just send it back for a refund. New oem straps are $50 which kinda negates the savings so keep that mind that it’s a gamble of which size strap you may or may not get. It should come with both but I actually ordered three and two of the three arrived this way.

Great watch, I have the 1st Gen and 3rd gen is worthy of an upgrade. First the battery is noticeably last longer and can actually wear it as a sleep tracker, which you couldn't do with 1st gen. Plus 3rd gen is waterproof. so that is good Don't like the "gold" color though. Its more "pinkish" than gold

Item received as good as new, but was missing the s/m band that comes with ALL brand new Apple Watches. That was frustrating as it doesn't state missing accessories. But the watch itself was in excellent condition.

lots of convenient features. A watch it is and so much more. For me the best feature is being able to interact with my SSO login with out reaching for my phone.

very easy to use with Apple phone ! Amazing product . The only downfall was that since it was open boxed it didn’t come with the replacement straps .

Didn’t get the data plan with it but it moves faster and I very rarely have problems

Bought an iPhone when the very first 3G came out. Didn’t like it! After that, I went Android for so many years until the Xr came out and its great! So now I gotta get the watch, RIGHT? The watch is great and even though it’s refurbished, no problems and I would recommend! No issues.

These Apple watches are great. I use mine every day to listen to music, take calls, ask Siri random questions, and track my workouts. Couldn’t be happier with this device. Will be back for more!

I never had a smartwatch before, but this has been really fun. It interfaces with so much on the iphone I never imagined, and I'm still finding out things it will do. I've heard of some watches that have to be charged daily, but this thing lasts 3-4 days.

As a female that is petite I had to return this and get the 38mm. It just looked too big on my wrist. Of course I liked the watch as I still ordered another one.

The watch came in great condition. I would buy refurbished again. No issues with the watch and it is still working up to par a year later.

I bought this a few months ago and I’m glad I did. It keeps me up with my phone when it’s not in my hand or when I’m at work. It’s also very helpful with activity tracking. Worth the money.

I was a little skeptical when I first purchased an "open-box/refurbished" Apple Product. But after reading the reviews on the history of Best Buy refurbished products along with the price of the watch, I was sold. It arrived EXTREMELY fast, the price is great, more importantly the quality is amazing, it's just like new, no scratches, came with the original box, charger, and accessories. I'm so happy I made this purchase.

The watch arrived 2 days early and was in new condition. Couldn Lr ask for better service. Watch has been everything expected.

At the beginning I thought isn’t going to be useful for me but when I receive it I can’t leave it.

Love this watch. Works seamlessly with my iPhone. Apple products are always great quality also.
