It is a classy looking thing for one thing but from a functionality standpoint I love how it keeps track of my steps and also the SOS feature it has on it if I fall. I am a senior citizen and that feature is very important to me. Great product! Warning don’t drop it and crack the glass, though, because you have to buy a whole new watch because that cannot be repaired.

She is able to track her daily exercise and compete with others who have an Apple Watch. She uses the text responder often and also answers her calls. The device was a refurbished item but we have not seen any issues

DO NOT ORDER THIS!!!

This is NOT refurbished. It is nothing better than open box. The box was ripped and they just taped over that area. And they didn't even packed it correctly. I even found a piece of hair in the box. It was disgusting. If the apple watch worked, I would not complain much. But it did not even turn on! I tried to charge and reset it, but of course nothing worked at all. I had a similar experience with an open box product at best buy. I am not gonna buy from best buy ever again unless it is a brand new product from its own company. They do not know how to handle returned products.
