Excellent and convenient device here. Perfect for when your hands are messy or full. I can do everything on this watch except browse the web! I can even set my home alarm from my watch not to mention answer calls or text even when my phone is somewhere it shouldn't be visible like a meeting.

I was hesitant to purchase this watch, a 38mm stainless steel with Milanese band but I'm glad I did. The weight, feel and look is just what I wanted. It doesn't feel cheap like the aluminum model. I got the certified refurbished unit and it was in perfect condition and working order. I'm very happy with the features especially the ease of getting the weather. Sound and microphone are perfect, no problems on either end for sound clarity. The Milanese band looks good but does pull the hair on my arm, I chose to replace it, otherwise it is perfect.

I was using a Fitbit before purchasing the Apple. This watch leaves Fitbit in the dust. Great functionality. The watch is a well designed and useful tool.

I ordered a refurbished Apple Watch 38mm from bestbuy.com for a good price. The price was 20% less than a new one. It arrived ahead of the scheduled arrival date. When I opened the box, it was like brand new. I fell in love with the watch right away. I previously got a Samsung gear but I just could not love it the same as an Apple Watch. By the way, one of the Geek Squad helped me with the set-up. It came with the package.

I love this apple watch! it is amazing, i can talk on it, text on it and do almost everything my phone can. It is very futuristic and it goes with all of my apple products. The only downside is i feel like i should have gotten the 42mm version as it is sometimes quite small to use. But overall good product and good watch.

the screen is nice and bright; quality build and very useful with notifications. would have preferred the 42 mm case but this one is nice if you prefer smaller watches.

I tried on the 42mm and it was too bulky. This 38mm watch is just right. Plus I saved money by buying the first gen. I don't need the fastest best out there. I love getting notifications on the watch.

My boyfriend got me this for our 4th anniversary after looking for a couple of weeks for a fitness tracker. Originally I wanted the Fitbit blaze, I was set on it. While looking at the BestBuy.com website I came across this product and I was afraid of choosing it because of the word refurbished. After paying $100 less than what a brand new Apple Watch cost and about $50 less than a fit bit blaze, 2 days later it arrived in the mail. I was BLOWN away. It looked brand spankin' new. One of my coworkers got a new one in May and it looked IDENTICAL to mine, except that I paid $100 less! It was a great purchase and I am beyond happy with it!

Before I had the Apple Watch, I would often receive text messages or be asked a question I didn't know the answer to and dive straight into my phone. I would get lost in it, sometimes even forgetting the original reason I unlocked it. With the Apple Watch, I've added technology and connectiveness while reducing my screen time. I don't need to get lost in the phone to read a text message or see what appointment I have next. But that was the ancillary benefit that I didn't even consider beforehand. The real reason I got it was for the fitness. I bike/run/everything a lot and it's great. My one complaint, is the battery life. If I go on a 4 hour ride in the morning, it won't last the rest of the day. So, I need to charge it. Only thing.

This Apple Watch was just like it was brand new. The box and all the normal accessories. I bought it for my wife and she uses it constantly. It makes me want one really bad. Plus Best Buy has a great warranty and customer satisfaction. Plus you can get apple care on most of the Apple products. It was a great choice and a good price.

Always leery when purchasing refurbished items. My watch was scratch free, worked like a charm once I charged & updated it (took awhile). I love my Apple Watch & I'm happy with my purchase. No difference from a regular priced one.

I won't say this is a must-have because let's face it - it's not. But it's an awesome-have. For anyone who spends hours in meetings like I do, it's great to not have to pull out my phone all the time to see my notifications. It's also great to be able to control my phone's music app from anywhere (so I can hook it up to speakers). The activity tracking is fantastic and a great reminder to take care of myself. I put off buying an Apple Watch for a long time, but I'm thrilled I finally caved.

Great piece of technology. Fun and easy to use, and also elegant. I bought it for my wife as Mother´s Day gift and she loved it.
