    When I first purchased these they were great. But after just about a year of use (i used them 3x a week for about 2 hrs-3hrs/day) they started getting lots of static in them. I just used them at my desk so the cord is fine. Not sure if I just happened to get a bad pair.

    I bought these headphones because I love the Beats, it’s my second pair. I thought refurb would be okay because I’ve been Best Buys loyal and happy customer for over a decade. I trusted the BB brand. Unfortunately the headphones never held its charge for longer than a few hours. Even fully charged and switched off, they would be completely drained the next day. It’s been 6 months and finally I got around to contacting the customer service. Sadly their refurbished items policy covers only 90 days. Can’t contact the manufacturer either because it’s a refurb. If I need it fixed I’ll have to pay the squad who botched the refurb in the first place. Buyers beware. It’s sad because now I feel like the only power I have left in the situation is to take my Xmas shopping list to Amazon. Holiday breakups are the worst. I’ll miss you Best Buy. But it’s time to move on.

    The headphones itself in terms of quality is really not bad... it's spending that kind of money and not having Bluetooth... good luck using it with your IPhone 7 ...
