These head phones are great! They sound wonderful. They are comfortable, and easy to use. Even though it was a refurb, the product looks like new.

I took a chance and bought the open box version of this headphones since the reviews were fairly good. I don't know why I took so long, but these headphones are simply amazing with it's clear quality. The bass is heaven and it's very comfortable to have on since it's wireless Bluetooth headphones. I've used these headphones for the past two months during travels and even to Jamaica. They block everything out in my opinion and I found myself falling asleep on the airplane without hearing all the loud noises around me. It comes with a charger and microphone cable if you wish to connect to your phone instead of using Bluetooth. The battery life is very long and I can charge every two weeks. If the headphones were to die, no fear because you can always hook it up to your phone directly and still get amazing clear sound. The earbuds can dirty easily, but I'm always able to clean off the clock with a dab of alcohol. All the best!

These refurbished headphones work great. I cannot tell the difference between the refurbished and the new ones. We own two in this house a brand-new set and ones that are refurbished and they both sound the same.

Love how easily these switch from device to device with little to no user intervention. This is especially great when watching something on one device and then switching to another, such as Hulu or YouTube Red. When the video switches to the new device, so does the audio.
