These only lasted a year

But after just about a year of use (i used them 3x a week for about 2 hrs-3hrs/day) they started getting lots of static in them. I just used them at my desk so the cord is fine. Not sure if I just happened to get a bad pair.

Botched refurb

I thought refurb would be okay because I’ve been Best Buys loyal and happy customer for over a decade. I trusted the BB brand. Unfortunately the headphones never held its charge for longer than a few hours. Even fully charged and switched off, they would be completely drained the next day. It’s been 6 months and finally I got around to contacting the customer service. Sadly their refurbished items policy covers only 90 days. Can’t contact the manufacturer either because it’s a refurb. If I need it fixed I’ll have to pay the squad who botched the refurb in the first place. Buyers beware. It’s sad because now I feel like the only power I have left in the situation is to take my Xmas shopping list to Amazon. Holiday breakups are the worst. I’ll miss you Best Buy. But it’s time to move on.
