Overall this drone is amazing this drone can fly pretty far. I found this drone in rainy weather and it did just amazing also for around an entire lake and had no problem. The picture quality is very good 4K one of the best features of this drone is if you lose signal it will automatically fly itself back to home. My only complaint about the drone is that I wish the battery life is longer than 20 minutes.

Ordered this and it came missing the battery, charger, gnimble cover and all the spare props are unusable and look like they were chewed on by a crack head. I understand you get a discount but you are still paying almost 1000 for this thing and they think this is acceptable? Can't even fly it yet! Not to mention a screw is missing in the body and they put hot glue in the hole instead. Will be bringing this back asap.

I love this thing. I can sit it outside of the house and fly from the comfort of my couch. It evens connects to my iPad Pro, iPhone giving you a inflight feel if you are not wanting to wear the goggles. The downside the battery only last about 10 minutes before the return home feature kicks in that is actually pretty nice to have.

I read all the horror reviews about no padding in box, missing parts, etc. In my case, it looks like a new drone in a full factory box, including all the inner packaging. Drone flies fine. battery charges. Everything is as hoped for.

Despite other reviews my drone came in great condition and packaged well. However that's where it stops. The battery had a defect and would not read properly so i was never able to fly it. I also could not get the goggles to focus the full width. In the end i felt i couldn't trust it to operate if they fixed the battery so i returned it.

the drone works perfectly fine except for a few lights. the front right landing gear was broken and will need to be replaced along with the light board on the inside. couple scratches here and there. props are a little banged up. otherwise everything else is great

I received a plain brown cardboard box with the drone wrapped in 1 later of half popped bubble wrap without a battery for the drone or the goggles. Also were no props or charger for the battery that wasn’t in the box. So I basically received the FPV drone, goggles and the controller luckily the battery is inside the controller otherwise I do not think it would’ve been in the box either. Needless to say, I returned the drone in-store, and was worried about how I was going to explain the missing items, but customer service made it painless to return it as they had encountered this issue multiple times before. .

I was concerned by some of the reviews of refurbished Best Buy drones as some seemed not to be properly refurbished and repackaged. Mine looked like new in original packaging. It flies well and provides excellent videos.

I was somewhat apprehensive after reading the reviews about this drone, especially considering the inherent risks of purchasing refurbished items. These concerns were indeed validated when the drone arrived with a non-functional battery. Initially, I was disappointed. However, after explaining the issue to my local BestBuy, they promptly replaced the faulty battery with a new one. The drone is now completely functional and I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase.

Product like NEW! box a little damaged but all accessories and manuals are included I have tested it and everything works perfectly! I am very happy. I had no confidence that it would be so good, I have been surprised to be able to buy the Dron at such a good price and with DJI quality.

Surprised and very satisfied with the quality of the refurbished drone. Being able to save a few hundred dollars while also having fun with this drone and getting some fun photos and videos is worth it. Best Buy also worked with me after a bad crash to get the drone replaced.

Works amazing and flys super fast and smooth, this product is still a good buy for 2024, i still use mine for instagram and youtube content

This thing is amazing. Really have to do your research and make sure you set it up right and learn all the tricks. But man is this thing a blast. I’m always skeptical on refurbishing. But in this case it’s perfect. Flown multiple times and so far it is great.

Purchased this after attempting to find one of these at a decent price online. A friend recommended the Best Buy DJI FPV Drone Combo based on price. Reviews felt a little rough when reading but let me tell you about mine. I got my first one in, had tons of issues. No antenna, the headset wouldn't connect to the DJI fly app. I reached out to Best Buy. told them my issue. Instantly they sent another. Second Drone came in, it was flawless. Flies amazingly well. Price is unbeatable anywhere that I could find. I flew analog and switched to digital with this and can't go back. I 100% think you should order this. If you get a lemon, or one with an issue, Best Buy does stand behind it. They did for me with no static at all.

It is still safe, not in the water yet. Fly with confidence; not much to lose—why we do not buy a brand-new drone. I want you to please prepare for the worst. I feel it works like new.

The battery was missing. Really?? What kind of QA could these possible have gone through. Refurbished my _ _ _. Clearly these are customer returns that they just turn around and resell with zero inspection. This is totally unacceptable!! Apparently all the terrible reviews do nothing to correct the geek squad's incompetence!!!

This thing us amazing. A co worker has one and it was cool but the fpv experience first hand is breathtaking. I now look around my home town and vacations for ideas of great places to fly it

I thought DJI used modeled boxes? anyways it could've been packaged better but overall it looked better than I expected. I would buy refurbished again
