Unfourtunalty after one use, the left controller wouldn't charge :( Not wanting to pay for the shipping to return a faulty product I'd bought online I waited till we were going to be close to Best Buy Store. The Return process went smoothly.No customer services issues,I did appreciate that, very much! I was a bit bummed they didn't have any refurbished at the store I ended up using the in-store gift cards the gave us ( for the return) towards new controllers. Don't think I'll go the refurbished route next time. for us, it wasn't worth the extra time.
