I was sent a MacBook Air, not a MacBook Pro. Then they wouldn't fix it online or in store, so I had to sit on a 1-800 line forever and received no compensation.

Your trade in system is broken and you don’t even care to fix it to be honest. I talked to support for HOURS trying to get my address to be updated so I could trade in my old laptop as a part of this purchase and all they did was constantly tell me I was wrong and transfer me to another peorson that doesn’t know what to do. I even called on many different days to see if y’all would be more helpful but no. The laptop itself is fine but it’s very upsetting to not have that credit go towards this purchase.
