They sent me a refurbished computer with a broken screen…

Picked it up today and I love it! Prior to this, I was using a 2017 MacBook Pro that I had bought off an auction site and I hated it right from the start, mostly because of the battery life. Even after having the battery replaced, it was as if I hadn’t. I could watch the battery percentage tick down every few minutes or so. Not on this 2022 one, though! I watched a video for a good twenty minutes while doing a Time Machine backup, all on battery power, and it never went below 100%! And the UI is smooth. I never thought it was slow or anything on the old one but something about navigating this newer one just feels more crisp, more polished. I guess that’s what five years of progress will do. One thing others may find useful: as soon as I got it home, I looked up the model number online and was angry as hell when the results told me that it was for an M1 MBP. I signed into it anyway (instead of directly heading back to Best Buy) and checked out the specs and, sure enough, it’s an M2. Well, as it turns out, Apple updated the model in 2022 (but they really need to update their site to reflect that). Also, I was surprised to see that this model still has the Touch Bar (it didn’t show in the pictures on Best Buy’s site) but it seems to work better than it did on my old one and they added an actual, physical Escape key back onto the keyboard instead of having it on the Touch Bar anymore (and it’s already made for a noticeable improvement in my time using the device). I don’t think you can go wrong getting this model.

Some minor scratches on the edges but otherwise great condition, fully factory reset, good battery life. Great unit at half the price would buy again!

I bought this computer 2 months ago, at first, it seemed new and worked perfectly. But suddenly the keyboard stopped working, I type something but it doesn't respond. I took it to the best buy store for a technical revision, but they told me the computer doesnt have a warranty (even though in the web site it says it has a 90 days warranty, I showed it to them). They didnt even make a deep technical revision of the device, just made a poor check and said they couldnt repair it and that the only thing they can do is give me my money back in a gift card. Please dont believe in what this website says, dont buy any refurbished device because they sell broken devices and wont give you any support even if youre still under warranty!! This website is false advertising.... be careful. Dont invest your time and money buying here!

Didn’t like the packaging and no instructions included

I purchased this Laptop a few weeks ago and I could not be happier, if I didn’t already know it was refurbished, i wouldn’t have a clue. No damage, just a cosmetic blemish on the back.

This laptop came in perfect condition. Works great and battery life is awesome.

It was shipped very fast. The computer came with charger and cord. The computer was in excellent condition. Clean. Setup was perfect. The sales person really helped me with ensure I got a computer that would fit my needs and budget. I am very happy with my purchase. The computer does not lag.

The computer laptop was good. It was great but it had heavy dents on the edges and scratches at tge back.

I purchased this for my husband, he is a dj and uses it for work. He told me what he needed and was fortunate enough to find it here, at a lower price point than I thought. He is extremely happy with his new MacBook

I received a wrong product and best buy customer support doesnt exchange for the correct product. Best buy only offers return and the price of product is increased now. I went to store and they asked to contact customer support as this was purchased online and online support says they cant exchange and talk to store manager. I wasted my time and lost other deals during thanksgiving for not getting the right support and customer care. I dont recommend refurbished products from Best Buy. Had a rough experience.

2 of the 3 computers were fine. 1 had to be returned. This disruption ruined the Christmas gift giving aspect of the holiday. A computer by Jan 6th has been promised. We shall see.
