Motorola no post support

Been a Motorola loyalist back to well before Lenovo. Anyhow what's up with ignoring a patch? For price points Moto good Android. Bad update and support so buyer beware of that reality. Poor to no service. The answer they gave was just factory reset. Seriously it's a joke. Still not a bad phone. Send a new update and unbrick 5G you monitor these forums more than your own feedback inbox. Thai was your co flagship phone and you just ignore us. No way I'm forling iPhone money for a moto if you don't do better. Yes bought the edge at Best Buy...this is Motorola not a best buy issue. BB is great.
