Looked shiny and clean and indeed it was. It was a last minute surprise gift for my boyfriend and I was very thankful for it being available. I was originally going to buy the 1Terebite ?, and as soon as i went to checkout someone had already purchased it. Thankfully there was a second choice just as good. Definitely recommend.

Haven't even had time to play It. But as far as the condition for it being a refurbished prioned model, it was as expected and still in good condition.

We tried different cords, tvs, and it did not work. I returned it to the store, where they would only give me store credit, despite paying with a debit card. I asked for the manager, who kept my store credit and would try to “escalate” the situation and get back to me. After 5 days and no resolution I reached out via phone. You can not speak directly to the store, you have to talk to a call center. After several phone calls it was determined the manager had not been able to rectify the situation, and I now have store credit in that specific store ONLY, which is over an hour away. The customer service representatives were very rude and condescending. Once I spend my store credit that I did not want, I will never be shopping at Best Buy again
