HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went into the local store for pick up, opened thr box in the store to ensure all was good & realized we were missing the “chat headset” talked to a manager who confirmed the ad does include a chat headset but nothing he can do?? Ok. We leave & call customer service regarding the chat headset, was told either the store can replace the missing item or i can return the entire game console. My son wants the game, fine, we chalk it up. Literally the first two days SO many issues with the console & controller- hit or miss if it works. We took the game straight back to the store ASAP! Nothing but issues & no resolutions, just a bunch of people saying they cant do anything. Product was crap. After the return we went across the street & bought a PS4 1tb for $20 more.
