    Bought on Black Friday for kids for Christmas. Had a few scuffs but I expected as much from a refurbished system. Figured since it is Geek Squad Refurbished it would work though. Worked for about 2 hrs then started making noises and stopped reading discs. Chat support was no help. Just said to take to a store for a refund as they are out of stock. I guess that’s the chance you take with refurbished.

    I purchased this for my daughters house warming. I could have bought on other online sites. But the other sites where not Best Buy and the other sites were not refurbished by the GEEK SQUAD. I own a few Qeek Squad refrerbished items one being a flat panel TV and I've never have had any issues issue. So felt sure in knowing my daughter would also have no isuues.

    Purchased for my daughter for Christmas. I knew it was refurbished, but did not expect age inappropriate games to be on the PlayStation and no idea how to get them off, so she’s unable to play her new PlayStation.

    Excellent quality, works great. The controller that came with it has a button that sticks but I ordered another controller and this time I opted for the insurance repair or replacement plan. I definitely recommend the insurance plan.
