Refurbished PS4 worked for 2 hrs

Had a few scuffs but I expected as much from a refurbished system. Figured since it is Geek Squad Refurbished it would work though. Worked for about 2 hrs then started making noises and stopped reading discs. Chat support was no help. Just said to take to a store for a refund as they are out of stock. I guess that’s the chance you take with refurbished.

I could have bought on other online sites. But the other sites where not Best Buy and the other sites were not refurbished by the GEEK SQUAD. I own a few Qeek Squad refrerbished items one being a flat panel TV and I've never have had any issues issue. So felt sure in knowing my daughter would also have no isuues.

The controller that came with it has a button that sticks but I ordered another controller and this time I opted for the insurance repair or replacement plan. I definitely recommend the insurance plan.
