    Did not come in original box, just the box that it was shipped in. It was in excellent condition and works as it should.

    I could barely tell it's refurbished, besides some very slight scuffs/smudges and the fact that it was packaged up in a plain box. Cables seem brand new, everything works.

    I had a great experience ordering my PS5 from Best Buy. The checkout process was smooth, and I appreciated the clear updates about my order status.     I actually am pleasantly surprised that this came with a controller, charger and HDMI cable! And it loaded up like it was fresh out the box! I know that sounds silly to say it’s perfect but it literally was.. it scratched my TLOU 2 gaming itch

    Had all the contents like the PS5, Controller, Charger, stand, and HDMI cord. The problem is they sent one without the disc slot and it is too much of a pain in the aşş to return and wait for another. Was supposed to come with a disc reader according to pictures and description. Carless employees are packaging these. Will not be buying from Best Buy online again
