Bought this item as a gift for my girlfriend, owned for less than 24hrs and it had rebooted and powered off multiple times while using the console and watching a movie.

It keeps dying on me ever since I got it. I can play for 15 minutes the it shuts off after that. Also it’s extremely dirty in the in side. I wish I could give this review zero stars. Worst $500 ever spent. DO BETTER BEST BUY!!!

The controller they sent doesn’t work. And when I tried to get it replaced they set me up an appointment in store only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Might as well have bought a new one with how much a controller costs.

I actually am pleasantly surprised that this came with a controller, charger and HDMI cable! And it loaded up like it was fresh out the box! I know that sounds silly to say it’s perfect but it literally was.. it scratched my TLOU 2 gaming itch
