This is a refurbished product, and is a solid deal. Works great and is a good option for a reduced cost Switch. I only have 2 complaints. You can’t buy an added warranty for it, since it’s refurbished. The advertising is a bit misleading. We did not read carefully enough and it came with the Tears of the Kingdom game. Nope! No game with it. Just a fancy emblem that’s nice but not worth extra $$. Might not have bought it if we’d realized that - since we factored the game value into our decision to buy this one.

I was reluctant to purchase a pre-owned device but very happy with the results.

I bought this for my and he's had it for less than a year abd the screen turns orange and the system freezes. I brought itinto gerk squad and they said because its refurbished theres no warranty or guarantee on it. They even told me to never buy refurbished.

So far so good! Came in original packaging. Set up went well, joycons and dock seem to be in great condition. Haven’t noticed any stick drift, and all buttons work as they should.

Items works perfectly. Would purchase again. Screen looks fantastic.

Image from screen looks fantastic and hasn't caused any issues working with different TV's (including hotel ones). Controllers also have none of the stick-drift issues I was afraid of (As of a month and a half of playing with them)
