I bought this refurbished oled switch because my oldest great nephew lost his switch when his moms car was destroyed in a fire earlier this year. I checked to make sure everything work before i surprised him with it and i can easily say that i am satisfied with the purchase. The box did look a lil beat but the switch itself looked flawless. All the buttons on the controller was functional and it came with all components in the box. I even thouught upgrading my regular switch and buying a refurb oled for myself

Didn't think the screen would make a big difference but the OLED is amazing. Very happy with the upgrade. I will say the Switch box was pretty banged up and the Switch itself had a layer of dust on it but after a quick wipe down it basically looks brand new.

The Geek Squad refurbished Nintendo Switch arrived without any of the original so packaging — but the device itself was in perfect shape, like-new condition. It’s been working great. Geek Squad does a good job checking on open-box/returned items; the cost savings are usually worth it, as long as you don’t mind not getting the original box (personally, I don’t care about the original packaging; as long as the device works well, that’s all that matters IMHO).

Why pay full price when you can get this in a refurbished version, runs good as new and cost less! Definitely recommended for anyone interested in getting the Oled version

You get actually what the box advertises. There is no factory packing, but all the pieces were there. So far, it has done everything I've asked of it. I would buy this product again.
I would recommend this to a friend

Perfect. Couldnt tell difference from a new switch. But the box was pretty beat up.

Love this system, got back into video games and I am loving every minute of game time. My favorite feature is that I am able to play the system in bed.

Brought this refurbished from Aiea Best Buy for under $300 because i was hesitant to buy a new Switch if Nintendo is probably going to release a Pro or V2 model. It came with all of the pieces, cords and the newer dock with a Network port to skip WiFi. No scratches or damage and even smelled brand new. The OLED is noticably better than the original model. Battery life seems the same. I would recommend for people looking to save a couple of bucks to get a game or another controller.
Good but Also Terrible Greatly Needed Improvements

A good improvement from past consoles, but it feels like some things are intentionally left inferior to justify the next model. How is it possible that there's no 2k or 4k support when it is connected to the TV? 1080p still as maximum when connected to the TV? We're not back in 2010, Nintendo. The buttons on the side controllers are terrible. The hard plastic and very small size buttons become uncomfortable after playing several minutes. No support for streaming apps is such a terrible thing. The WiiU supported streaming apps. How is it that this thing does not? Such a backwards step.

I purchased a refurbished switch and haven't had any issues. We've had it for a year and everything has been great. I'll always buy the refurbished items from Best Buy for this reason.
