I love my remote starter so much that when it went on sale again I bought one for my boy friend. My best friend bought one as well since she has seen it work so wonderfully over the past 6 months.

The geek squad guys installed my car remote starter, got everything working and showed us how everything worked and told us to come back if we had any problems. Just the way it should be.

After waiting about 4 weeks to get on schedule the tech did a great job allowed night before drop off and install was done in the time frame they spoke about

Our installation was professional and the communication was great from the staff. It was nice to know that it was done right and we didn't have to spend the time to figure it out ourselves.

I purchased the install online. Set up an appointment and brought the car in. The men took the car and called me when it was done. Clean, professional, just a great experience.

Our remote start started acting up here lately. So, i took a look under the dash to trouble shoot it. What i found was all the wiring splices were improperly done. They stripped the insulation off the factory wiring and wrapped the wire around it and taped it.

I talked to a Geek Squad person to have a Compustar remote start unit installed, and he asked about the car and the unit. The unit i bought (DEAL of the Day in late Sept, by the way!) is a CompuStar CS600S. He trashed it, said it may not even work in my car. If it did, it would be like $500 to do so. It was a Christmas gift, so to top it off, it cannot be returned either. He suggested a Viper unit, so I called the ELITE PLUS line, thinking, gee, maybe that meant something. Well, it doesn't - she suggested selling it. So needless to say, don't buy for Christmas early, and don't think the DEAL OF THE DAY really is, they are just unloading their shelves of the old stuff.

Very disappointed that the squad was not able to install do to lack of experience and lack of installers with experience.
