Geek squad provide excellent service and support for home WiFi setup. Offers specific time delivery which is excellent during busy hours. Provides good service either onsite or offsite over the phone.

Most people complain about the cost of the Geek Squad protection warranty, but the peace of mind I get to know that my investment is safe and I can get my device replaced or fixed for free when I need it is worth the money.

I could not have done the initial set up alone and I know that I will need future help with my internet because I am changing and moving equipment; So good going Geek Squad and good going me for hiring you!

After installation of our google wifi got some good advice on things to change and some advice on a problem that I had on getting the TV mounted to the fireplace. Worth the money!!

They arrived to my home on time. They spent time explaining the system and even a potential future job. I UBR not had any issues with my system and most likely update the 2nd year.

The equipment I purchased works well and I have no doubt will continue to do so, but it is a relief that a vital workhorse like a router will be fixed promptly if it should fail.

Home Wi-Fi support is misleading. I paid $49 more for a tech home visit. Gave me a good start, tho. They ran their programs through my system to clear out a lot of junk programs, so I could get back online.

As I've had problems in the past with wifi, I wanted to ensure everything was working. So....I purchased additional setup support. Everything works perfectly.

I just purchased a new router and modem. I also purchase a one Year text support because I am not a very good person when it comes to working with Wi-Fi.

It came with my network install, but it was nice when the modem I originally had installed wasn't working and they came back out and replaced it for me.
