No Help
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had one minor question. I called and was told they do not provide tech support to that system. But they could schedule me for a $99 in house set-up. I did schedule it but after I got my question answered on the Netgear web-site I cancelled the appointment. My previous router was from Netgear and never had any problems. I hope the same is true with this one because I have no confidence that the geek squd will be of any help.

never scheduled appointment

I have called NUMEROUS TIMES to get them out here and NEVER WAS ABLE TO GET SOMEONE TO SHOW UP! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY...
