I returned it because my husband wanted an ipad instead of the computer I purchased. I bought the ipad instead of the laptop and did not need this software..

The Geek Squad setup my laptop and had it ready on time and answered all questions. The explanations made sense and the laptop worked exactly as they stated.

I totally love the Geek Squad! Just recently I had some issues, and they got everything straightened out for me. They were super friendly. They're awesome!!!!

Have not had to use service yet but it does provide peace of mind

I made an appointment and was taken on-time. The technician diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it in a timely manner. The computer is working well.

When I hooked up my pc after being repaired, I still had some problems. I called the online support and they fixed the problems remotely. Pc now works fine.

Either I was misled or I misunderstood, but thought I was paying for assitance for a full year. Both my husband and I have tried to contact them through the number we were given with no luck. Once he was told they couldn't help him because they were busy. I never even got someone to pick up the call. Our questions aren't complicated...mostly help with where to find things in Windows 8 that we were used to in Windows 7 so we could install software. Windows 8 is nightmare enough, but I'll save that for a different review screen.

They got it in and out when they said they would. Very friendly.

First they called to tell me my 70 inch tv was being delivered. I didn't buy a 70 inch tv. Then they came and installed my computer and were supposed to transfer data. It didn't all get transferred and what did was misfiled. I had them come back to see what was wrong and they were going to re-transfer the data but he had to call his supervisor for approval. Supervisor said they aren't allowed to do that. What? They had just done it the week before. I ended up taking the computer, the geek squad membership and everything back.

I WOULD RECOMMEND GEEK TECH SUPPORT TO ANYONE WHO HAS A PC & THE FACT THAT YOU CAN GET UP TO 3 PCs SERVICED FOR MOST PROBLEMS IS A GREAT ADDITIONAL BENEFIT.

1 year of Geek Squad came with the computer I bought, they were able to help me in the days following the purchase to get things set up and explain Windows 8

I always feel better when I have Geek Squad support. I don't usually have any major problems, but I like to be able to solve them quickly when issues arise.

The guys at this location are always friendly and understanding.

Was hesitant about springing for a knowledge bank, not knowing if I would get my money's worth for my investment. Service was paid for by my second call.

Went to store for a couple of issues I had in the beginning. Got help immediately, found out what I needed to know, and was on my way. Very pleased so far.
