Weren't able to assist me with hooking my email back up because windows 8 doesnt' work with roadrunner.

I will continue to use this service. They fixed my virus issue and cleaned my computer. Also was able to clean my girlfriends for the same price

The geek Squad came to my house to set up my new computer. He was such a wonderful young man. He was sensitive, an expert, patient and thorough.

previous subscriptions allowed you to talk to the agent (geek). the version I have to talk to one or two people with details and then never actually "talk" with the agent (geek) so it does not seem as helpful.

Now, we haven't actually used the service because we just got it, but for $99 you get service on up to 3 computers and that is an awesome deal!

took my laptop in on a Monday. They said it would be ready in 48 hours.I told them a couple of minor things to check, but the big problem was when in use as a tablet it kept locking up. I had to call them Friday to find out if it was ready. The minor problems were fixed,but when I asked them about the locking up I was told it didn,t lock up on them so it wasn't an issue.Okay....I took it home and used it as a tablet and not 30 minutes into what I was doing, it locked up.It is an issue and I bought the extended warranty for big bucks and this is the service I get. What a waste of money

Staff was courteous, and very helpful. Was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would most certainly use them again in the future.

The service seems to be working OK. This was in effect a 3 yr renewal, upon its experation. Previous Norton option was removed as recommended.

I was given an estimated turn around time which was exceeded. When I called to inquire on the progress, I spoke with different agents who were either unable to update me or gave me conflicting information.

I am not very computer savvy so I am hoping not to have a problem but if I do just knowing I support that I can go to will be a big help for me

This is a great value. I would recommend this service to anyone. The geeks have been very helpful and always take time to explain things to me.

Overall I've experienced great support, but some of the agents are not as good as others. Still if you need IT help, they are my go to people.
