Below expectations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought a pc with windows 7 from best buy, had an upgrade to windows 8, it was basically impossible to upgrade for the average person (i'm in tech and still couldn't do it), geek squad took almost a week to upgrade and the only way to get them to do it was to buy a year contract AND an external hard drive, even then it wasn't perfect when i got it home and they tried to charge me an additional fee to fix it over the phone
