Haven't needed them yet with this purchase. I've used them in the past & was pleased with knowledge, not so pleased with turn around time

I lovemy new ASUS allin one computer...... Want to thank the sales person for showing me this item.

This was our first tablet and at the same time our first smart phone and the tech was very helpful and patient...we are high maintenance.

The Geek Squad did a good job repairing my computer.

Very helpful staff, correct any and all issues I have and it's nice to have for the first year, knowing they will be there if/when needed.

took my computer in blue screen they said was virse.came to pick up after they said was ready they turn it on and it still had a blue screen was NOT a virse... they had my computer for about 2 weeeks

Ok first off.It is way to expensive for what you get out of it.It shold be liftime coverage for the price.I called about a monitor compatability issue.I took i think about 30 min. to talk to someone.You could call at 12am and they would say they have high call volumes.Which means they didn't hire enough people.I finally get some girl that doesn't sound like a geek.She knows nothing about my issue and doesn't even try,She just puts me over to the TV call center.The guy was knowledgeable about tvs but not what ended up being a windows/monitor issue.Called HP.They were great and resolved my issue.I called my local best buy and the receptionist could never get the geeks on the line.when i went down to the store to have a video card installed,they actually knew how to do that but was not careful at all and could have easily static fried it.The only reason i didn't install it is because if i damaged the PC.Best buy or HP wouldn't cover it.With what you pay for the tech support,you think best buy would.Overall I wish I never bought it.

This service can not be beat. It is the reason I made some of my purchases from Best Buy. Their service second to none!

For the price I am able to have 3 different computers looked at for a whole year. Even if they break down several times, it stil is covered.

they are ,a definate 5 star team. I've had a lot of problems with my computer, from Sound drivers to my OS. they helped me fix everything.

I was surprised to hear the pricing for this when I first purchased my laptop and quickly took that deal after hear everything it covers!
