I haven't availed myself of the service but one time, but the experience was positive. I like the idea of having help just a call away.

Is good to have some kind of protection for your computer, they know what they're doing. Customer service (friendliness) can improve.

I hesitated to get this, but finally decided to go with it. Have not used it for this machine but in the past it has been very helpful

Very easy to talk to them. Would rather deal with the local store vs the international one. Relates to them better. Very knowledgeable.

I've had to cantact the Geek Squad 3 times in the last month. Each time they resoved my PC problems on line without taking it in, thanks.

Time is short, why not have someone else take care of the installs and aid the transition from a PC to a Mac! Glad to have the service.

I had to take my lab top in to get worked on. I told the guy what was wrong with it. And when I got it back days days later it was still doing the same thing. The only reason I got this is because with out it to get what I wanted done would have cost more.

We've used Geeksquad so many times that when we bought our new laptop it was a no-brainer. I highly recommend buying this protection.

Cannot imagine buying a computer and Best Buy without getting a Geek Squad plan! They are worth every penny you spend and then some.

Bought a computer and got the extended warranty. Had a problem with it and Geek Squad was able to fix it in a relatively short time.

I explained the problem to the agent, and was told that Geek Squad had cleaned the system, run it for 24 hrs, shut down and rebooted the system 15-20 times now without incident , and believed whatever the problem had been, that it had been corrected.

will add software and remove what u need only bad thing is that will not make the rec. disk still want to charge you 40 buck to do it

They are the best! this store is amazing and the geek squad is the best there is. I wish they could fix it before I brought it in! .

Geek Squad solved the problem and my computer was ready when promised. They are friendly, polite, efficient. and resolve the problem.

Love having help anytime it is needed! I always seem to hit the wrong key and get into trouble but they have always had the solution.
