Every time I have called Geek Squad I have had excellent help, also when bring problems to the store I have also had excellent help.

The service plan covers everything we needed fixed. it is good on other computers. The service was friendly, professional, and quick.

I purchased a New desk top-Windows 8. I only purchased the Kaspersky virus protection because I was new to Windows 8 and Geek Squad was made out to be so amazing and helpful. I called 3x, Once to have Kaspersky installed and two other times to ask questions. The installation was fair but not friendly, all business. The other two times I called in for help, I got someone on the phone, they verified my account and I asked my question and they hung up on me and I DIDN"T EVEN GET A CALL BACK. Very disappointed with the customer service. I have not called back.

You can not beat the quality or professional service from Best Buy. Well worth the money you pay to be protected.

My son spilled a very large glass of sweet tea on my computer. The geeks had it back up and running very quickly.

Geek Squad appears knowledgeable. They initially thought they fixed the problem. It was a good thing they tested it with me there before I took it home. I left the computer there again and then they forgot to call me. The manager was very apologetic.

Young lady was very pleasant but first thing after turning on my computer after just having it worked on and seeing the same thing I had before dropping it off was not a good sign in my book.
