I purchased tech support and internet security for my Dell computer. I was called after about a week and was told it was ready to go. They handed us our computer with the Kaspersky package unopened. They had not loaded it yet. We waited for over an hour for them to do this. We had to leave so we came back the next day and picked it up. There was no explanation of what they did, or if there were any problems with our computer they detected. They just gave it to us and sent us on our way. I did not feel this was what I paid $200.00 for.

The geek squad is very helpful and nice. They explain everything for you so there is no need for troubleshooting any problems. They help install the webroot system for my pic which was great because I have a hard time doing things like that
