I'm not good at fixing computers so the fact that I can bring it in and have someone else take care if it for me is amazing.

Geek Squad listens, offers helpful advice and are knowledgeable about the equipment and programs being used or recommended.

i got this for my laptop years ago and i was lied to about what it covers and when it came time to use it i was told that some of the things i was told it covered never actually did.

I just like shopping at Best Buy. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. And the location in San Rafael is very handy.

purchased Microsoft Office home and student and the in store agents were not able to load the program.. Changed to Microsoft Office Home and Bus 2013 and they still could not install .... alert said there was a conflict and they said it was fixed but when I got home the conflict came back and I had to uninstall the whole program..... Paid for something that doesn't work and that Geek Squad could not fix and yes I notified the store agents and they said there was nothing they could do. And the phone agents could not fix it either....

The staff at geek squad is very helpful and knowledgeable. They don't consider any question dumb or make you feel uninformed.

Overall a good purchase, but if you don't know exactly what is wrong they may not trouble shoot. They only did exactly what I asked and I found out later by others they could have done more to make my pc run faster and more efficiently.

they do real good job and quick and donr right if not they will make it right with you

I had to take two of my computers in that were having some issues and in ten minutes they had solved both computer problems.

The geek squad is a very knowledgeable repair service who go the distance to get things right even if it means a house call.

best deal at a very reasonable price , with the quickness that the techs. solve the problems makes this a very good product.

Great service,a little pricey for retired people who probably need this service the most.Senor discount or club would help.

They were there to set up my new laptop and explain to us what we needed to know. They also answered all of our questions.
