I purchased the Tech Support Membership for one year and I have used it numerous times and feel I made a good purchase.

Hard drive died on Dell laptop. Wanted to see if data could be retrieved. No-go at any reasonable cost and no guarantee of success even if I spent the $500. Opted for tech support membership to cover labor. Bought a replacement hard drive but had to get recovery disks from Dell. Dell website is very unfriendly. Called off shore customer service twice but that was useless. Found place on website to order disks. Requested once, got no response. Tried again days later, finally got a response email..again from offshore. They requested more info and then days later got an email advising they were shipping disks. Received disks and gave them to geek squad to load. Been waiting for three days so far for them to notify me its ready for pick up. Should have kept disks and retrieved laptop and installed recovery disks myself. With my all-in costs and the month its takene to get to this point where I still don't have the laptop back, I probably should have put the laptop in the trash, not gotten the tech support membership and purchased another anything-but-Dell laptop.

These guys knew what they were doing, my hard drive had effectively crashed and they were able to replace it with ease.
