Love that I'm not calling another country. Also like that under my plan, I can get help with up to 3 computers.

So far I haven't had to use it, but they are available for any problems and any questions about their products.

It's a piece of mine knowing I have immediate assistance with computer issues...they are a lot brighter than I!

I have used the tech support a couple of times. They have addressed and corrected my problem. Nice to deal with.

I was very satisfied with their work on two of my older computers. installed my new power supply while I waited.

I took in an older laptop because the sound card was not working. After keeping the computer for 5 days, it was returned with "infections" removed but a side note that the sound card was not working. DUH! For this I paid for a 2 year tech agreement? After much ado the laptop went to the central service center but still is not fixed. So, although I can take up to 3 computers in for tech support for the next 2 years, I'm not sure this is a good value for what you get even if they can fix the problem.

Geek Squad has been very helpful, and explains clearly each step to be taken, and don't laugh at dumb questions!

I always purchase protection for ally purchases and have used it seversl tolimes with fast and excellent results

Never pass these extended warranties up, service is great but always better when its covered by the warranties.

I like the fact that thee software can be placed on three machines and you get a disc for both MAC's and PC's.

I am not excited by the way my computer works but it is not convenient to bring it in wait 1/2 hour to talk with someone and then wait 3 or 4 days without a computer.

I was not happy with one tec so I asked for another and was very happy and the work was great !
