I find that whenever I get on the Geek Squad Online Tech Support there are a very few agents that are working Online. It's usually about 6 or 7 agents. I would really like to see more agents online to be helpful.

Three attempts at the store, and one online, and they still can't get my laptop restored to specs. They finally reformatted the hard drive and promised to rebuild to original condition. Left out several drivers. Online support couldn't update drivers--now I'm supposed to take it back to the store for round five. My time is too valuable for all this. I've paid for 3 years of service. Looks like it might take that long to get this resolved.

The geeks where so great, they help me understand the computer and what I needed and how to operate it.

These people really know what they are doing. They have good advice for whatever question you may have.

I have never had a problem with anything that the Geek Squad has worked on for me. They know their stuff.

I am a DFU. (dumb fouled up user). They take over control of my computer and let my know when it is fixed

The new computer is fine, however, the old computer was never fixed and that took two weeks and the loss of a recovery disc. People are fine and knowledgeable.
