I highly recommend The Geek Squad. I have had bad experiences with the local computer repair shops.

agent was very helpful. this product is a great value for the price. The new operating system is nice.

I have not had to deal with staff for this product, but I have in the past and the service was fine.

i have used the service twice and both times the support was exceptional. Hold times were a bit slow.

Very happy we went with the 1 year tech support package. Great peace of mind to have for the price.

Overall time to repair laptop very good. However long delays in dropping-off and collecting laptop.

They kept me up to date with the work by phoning me with their progress . MY PC IS RUNNING LIKE NEW.

fixed the short term issue but computer is already acting funny again. the geek squad service has a multitude of caveats, also the staff is very technical but not exactly personable and lacks business sense

its nice knowing that if i need to call or email the geek squad that i can find answers to questions.
