my first time using the geek squad. They are wonderful. Can't say a enough good things about them

I would rather concentrate on studies than figuring out how to fix any computer related problems.

Audrey was helpful, polite, and concerned that I get my files back and my computer running again.

for someone like me that knows nothing . they talk English so you understand what they are saying.

When my computer started to slow down snd then freeze up, my wife convinced me to take it to the Geek squad.. I was hesitant because the last time she went there, I found that the online or phone help was not free as she had been lead to believe. it would cost me more money.albit at a 15% discount. When it booted to a different site than my home page, I knew it was time to do something so I took it to Best Buy agan.. The workman there agreed that I had a virus and when the machine booted to a malicious site, he said, "There is your virus right there." I showed him that two instances of the browser were running even though he had only opended one. He thought that was odd but when I came home the computer still opened two browers no matter which one I used, nothing was done, I told him that I thought he machine had malware because things were popping up in Windows Task Manager with names I didn't recognize and that they wouldn't close but continued to pop up with new names or in different places (they are still there) further that I had too many Svchost.exe file that I needed when I wasn't running anything so there must be something running other than Task Manager, Norton or Windows Explorer. They are all still there. I shoulhd have known thry dicn't spend enough time on it when there was a messae that it haad been fixed when I got home. I

It's good to have someone knowledgeable about the many products to answer any and all questions.

Had to make a call to 800 number. Was very disappointed I could not understand the person and I was told I would have to call back in about 2 hours.
