Not worth it for online or phone support

All of my contact online and by phone was a nightmare! Agents were friendly but it took way too much time, never resolved my issues and made some things worse. Even some of the instore services I used were not done correctly and I had to pay a contractor separately to come to my house to fix what they had messed up. Will never purchase this service again.
