The Tech talked to my wife and resolved a problem she was having with our laptop

I was having a hard time connecting to wifi with new computer. I called Geek Squad and was passed around to multiple agents and then was disconnected. I called back and was re -routed to an agent with whom I had to explain my issue to again and then she put me back in the system for another agent to speak to me. After being on the phone with agents for over an hour and a half they told me that they could not help me with resolving my wifi connection. The last agent I spoke with let me know that it would be handled by an agent who would do it remotely. He let me know that it would take up to an hour for this to take place. Finally after a couple hours an agent took over computer remotely and in the end told me he couldn't help me. He then had to do some things to finish the process and told me he would be done shortly. My computer was not complete until around 2:30 a.m. I first call in was around 5:00 p.m. The next day I was able to resolve the issue on my way.

The team was very helpful and made my computer issues much easier to deal with.

The Geek Squad is awesome- They really dumbed it down for a nontechnical user!!
