It was my understanding that I had full coverage for 3 devices. I brought in a laptop that had to be send out. I had to pay full price for repair. The service was good and the folks at the counter were knowledgeable. If the local shop isn't allowed to open up the device I don't see how I can get coverage for a device under this policy. I hope my next problem falls under the rules of coverage.

Being a new Mac Book Pro purchaser, I was not sure if I needed this. I didn't. This product is oversold to the consumer that is unaware.
