Love to have support to help with items that I might not know about

Haven't used it but good to know it is there if I have any problems.

This is an extra and I haven't tried it yet but I like the fact we have support 24/7 and can even take 2 additional computers or tablets. very good investment.

If it weren't for geek squad I would not have a working computer

Before I buy electronics, I have a long term idea of a system I will eventually have. As I add components (BluRay, remote, amp, speakers, HTMI linkage) I find having an expert do it and show me how to maximize my use of capability of components (camera, LT, TV, etc) has allowed me to enjoy as I near my optimum set-up. They don't talk down to you, just make sure you tell them you didn't understand a darn thing they just said and they will simplify it to your level. I have found an agent I ask for every time; and am willing to wait for his next available date if I need in-home installation, troubleshooting, fixes. Would suggestbthis, since they will know your system and where you want to go with it and how much you know from the get-go, Happy Geeking! (BTW-Don't be a sexist! Both male and female agents are smart as a whip.)

I recently had to use my support due to a virus. I was traveling and not near a store. They were easy to get on-line and kept me informed of their progress.

Nothing at all surpasses this decision to have Geek Squad on my side. This is a must have for anyone with a computor. Thank you, thank you and thank you
