    When checking in my laptop for repair I gave the power cord to the staff. When I picked up my laptop, no one could find the power cord. They gave me another cord, but it falls out of the laptop and is not reliable. I have been to BB twice asking for them to find MY power cord, but no one has called me back with an update.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I don't know why I thought part of the Geek Squad support would be training for Windows 8 at no charge, but they still charge $150 for two hours of training.
