extremely incompetent customer service

I was contacted almost daily with an "update" on the progress of my computer fix, but it was all inaccurate information. I was notified three times that the repair had been fixed and to pick up the computer. Each time I tried to retreive it I was told that nothing had been done and that my computer was untouched. Finally, responding to the last call to pick it up, I demanded to see a manager to ask for a refund and my still disabled computer. I was told to wait l5 minutes and was given my computer after that amount of time. ( Maybe that's all the time it took to fix it since it was just running the recovery disc and reinstalling Windows, all things I should have done myself) Obviously I am very unhappy with the service and wish I had my money back as I am reluctant to use the Geek Squad again.
