Disappointing

A few days later I was told that Geek Squad (Best Buy) no longer provides that support. My computer had problems that Geek Squad couldn't fix on-line. I was instructed to take PC to Best Buy. Three weeks later and I'm still trying to get resolved issues that I didn't have before I took the PC to Best Buy.
