I had the Geeks download old computer to new and see no signs of anything downloaded! No resumes, word files or anything! Very Disapointed!

Returned computer but was refused refund on the Geek Squad. Have since called the Geek squad and no-one was able to help. Very unhappy!!!

My impression was that agents were NOT interested in the thoroughness of their work or any concerns customers might have. And they broke their promises a few times and never apologized.

Not too good. First experience took 42 minutes and I hung up the phone still not getting a correct answer. Poor assistance. Simply wanted to know how to crop a photo on my new laptop.

They won't fix anything. They don't know how to fix a computer. They can't make an appointment.

Nothing but problems with the agent. I was extremely disappointed and wish I had not purchased the service. It was not worth the price

Poor to Fair for the money I spent. Was not told up front as to what I was getting for the price nor of any options I may have had.

Sorry I bought it I had people that didn't have windows 8 that figured it out quick. He just wanted to sell me something else.

Brought in my computer and apparently whatever is wrong is not covered . Waste of my money.

not so sure I should have spent money on this, when I put the money up I expect more support, thank god for friends!!

Geek Squad needed disk from dell to do repair. Dell would not furnish with out a fee.

I would not ever recommend Best Buy to anyone. I was lied to and treated like an idiot. Best buy has the worse customer service ever and will not shop there again.

I would like a refund I tried to tell someone there I did nmot want the service she told me I could not refund this

Finally got computer back after 5 days and it was not fixed..No communication along the way unless I called.

Not helpful had to bring unit to store would have liked to do over the phone

Explain issue 2 friend. Computer fixed by friend..

Have not use the services yet. Try to call once and to many options to choice to get to a live person.

Excessive wait time and tech support gave me bad information.

It took over 1 month to tell me I had a broken hard drive and data could not be retrieved.

Didn't have the equipment, for a computer they sell. They kept asking the same questions.
