I always get this service and I've always been happy with it. They have repaired my TV's, computers, and game systems, all quickly and without issues.

They tuned two of my old laptops and improved them nicely.

These guys are great, I have used them a number of times and they were extremely helpful and patient as well. I would recomend this support to anyone.

I can handle a lot of issues but sometimes don't have time. I love that I can get phone, internet, or in store help to work through software issues.

The Agent's helped me get rid of viruses found in an older Laptop I had already. They also helped me with setting up the protection in my Laptops.

Not sure why the laptop is taking so long to be looked at and no one has contacted us with an update. I had to call them last week to ask and they said they would get back to us - still haven't heard anything.

Usually don't get service contracts. New model so figured i would incase of issues with a touch screen. Made a defective product a non-headache!!!

The guy was very good and answered all my questions. He even gave some tips that I use all the time now.

I purchased a new laptop with Windows 8 on it and the geek squad support. After learning what I could about windows 8 I had a bunch of questions and the staff in the store admitted that they do not know windows 8. They told me that there was only one guy there that knew anything about it and he wouldn't help me because he was doing something else. Online they couldn't help me and over the phone the same thing. I'm very disgusted with the knowledge of the geek squad and service that I recieved

All personnel at Best Buy, from sales to geeks at service center were great. Would recommend to all my family and friends to deal with Best Buy

I went to Best Buy primarily because of the Geek Squad. I have some computer background but it has become so far advanced in the last few years

The Geek Squad has been very helpful from loading the programs on, to answering question over the phone. Well worth having them in my pocket.
