Have used the Geek Squad over the years and have always received great service!!

Very knowledgeable personnel, able to help me quickly after a long wait in line.

With the warranty purchase, the additional Geek Squad didn't cost much to add.

I get Geek Squad because I hope that they will take care of my computer but unfortunately everytime I call I get a person who does not know what I am asking and puts me on hold. I am told different things from each about the warranties. I did find a couple good ones at the Greenfield store but have to go there to get answers. They gave me my laptop on 09/03/2012 after setting it up and it crashed on 09/26/2012.

Used service twice and was very happy with both the process and the results.

Was very disappointed that they could not teach me with charging more money. I did not understand that when I bought it !!!!!!

Reviewed with Geek Squad member what was to be installed on my computer after the new hard drive was installed. I picked up my computer and they had installed an antivirus that I specifically asked not to have installed because I had just renewed my current antivirus for 3 years. None of my Office software had been installed. When I spoke to the supervisor she had excuse after excuse on why the poor service was acceptable. On top of all that the new hard drive crashed a few weeks later! Never go to the MOA Geek Squad! Geek Squad should never have closed their free standing offices, they were the only ones who actually knew what they were doing.

Horrible, chaotic customer service. Spoke with about 5 different people with different stories. Dispatched techie came 4 hours after scheduled time window AND DID NOT EVEN CALL TO LET ME KNOW! I don't know what CEO is running the show here, but I will NEVER EVER waste my time again. I would recommend that you not even bother!!

I have never needed to use GeekSquad in the past but knowing that they are there if I need them is a nice feeling. I got the service with the purchase of my laptop.
