the GeekSquad is very knowledgeable with regards to both software/hardware related issues which can occur thru every day normal use of your computer. The support service is 24/7 and gives the user peace of mind their new computer is in good hands. Malware is common and at times seems unavoidable. This support package will alleviate the stress if your computer does get infected. the GeekSquad will come to the rescue!!

If your a college student taking basic math and English or online classes or a adult who's not great with technology need simple uses Internet word this is a nice pc but gaming and stuff not really you'd notice a little bit oh how slow it can be

I usually don't purchase extended warranties or care plans, but I decided to with my laptop and I am soooo glad I did. Although I have not had any problems, just being able to have someone check it out every once in awhile has been nice. They take control of my computer while it sits on my table and take care of any issues I have! I don't even have to leave the house! The Geek Squad is very friendly and helpful!

I had a situation when windows 10 crashed the computer and I had to call the Geek Squad. They stepped me through the process and when they couldnt resolve it over the phone. I took it in to them and they took care of the issue.

so glad I signed up for this & they loaded everything on my computer. will be bringing in my old lap top to see if they can bring it back to life.

I personally haven't had the opportunity or need to use this service but I like the fact that I know it's there is the mishap of some issue with my Mac. Once I try the service out, I will be sure to update the rating based on the service.

i really like a lot tech support services because they help me a lot getting my computers clean for all virus and ads , and etc viruses. 4 years with this services and i really like it

Purchased because it would not only protect the new PC purchase but older one already experiencing issues. That was the big selling point for me. Will cover 3 devices which really only discounts repair costs but a discount is a discount.

I bought the Geek Squad 1 year service after purchasing an iPad and it allowed me to add other PC's I already owned at home. This was a lifesaver as I've had to get tech support to help me with PC issues both online and with hardware. The cost of membership is nothing compared to what it would cost to repair problems without it. I've saved time and money and that made this purchase worthwhile.

You never know when you're going to need help with something, so it's nice to be connected with geek squad and not have to lift a finger for a single thing when you need help. Best Buy has it all, definitely worth the investment if you're purchasing an iPad, or Mac Book, whatever that has to do with electronics

I am so glad I bought the Geek Squad protection. In the first two weeks I am sure I called them at least 8 times. Everytime I have called them they have been professional, friendly and did not make me feel like a moron. I liked that they could remotely access my computer and "fix" it that way. I am sure my contact with them is not over (!) They have saved me countless tears and stress.

I am so happy having Geek Squad for my computer and printers. when there come a problem or something I don't understand I call them and they fix and or explain what the issue is and if need be they take care of everything and keep all my computers and printers working great. I feel better knowing I can contact them and they work there magic and get any problem taken care of.

I took my MacBook Pro to the Geek Squad on a Friday afternoon. They were extremely professional, curtious, and prompt. I did not have to wait in line for hours in spite of the fact that the store was busy. They ran diagnostics, fixed the problem overnight, and I had it back in my office on Saturday. Way to go Geek Squad at Citrus Mall in Tampa, FL!

The Geek Squad Tech Support is a group of very helpful people. They are willing help with any, and all, computer issues you may have. They review your options and let you know what is available to help you with your specific computer issue.

My husband he doesn't like chat. He prepares talking ro a live person. And they answered most of our questions and help us in every ways in terms of technical problems on our PC.

I have visited the Geek Squad three times since I bought my membership. They have all been polite, friendly, and thorough. Each one of them that I talked to explained what they did and what needed to be done in terms I could understand. I will be renewing my Geek Squad service every year.

Thank God for my geek squad is all I can say. This new mac book has given me nothing but trouble,thank God I bought an extra 3 yrs. Warranty. They are very helpful when you bring in your laptop.

geek squad agents are extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and always willing to help with all of my laptop needs. i call geek squad every three months to get a tune up and a good cleaning. each time i have received excellent service. it is reassuring to know help is only a phone call or click away. geek squad agents are really the best!!!

I purchased the Tech Support Membership because it covered my new PC plus my old PC. Within a week of purchasing the Tech Support Membership my old PC’s hard drive went bad. The Tech folks diagnosed the problem and replaced the hard drive. I paid for the hard drive but there was no additional charge for the diagnosis or labor to replace the hard drive.

I always buy all of my electronics from best buy, just because of the Geek Squad!!!! The people there are ALWAYS knowledgeable, patient, polite, and understanding. They have always been able to help me on the first try. It is always worth it to get the Geek Squad support, I don't know how many times they have helped us with computer/laptop/tablet issues.
