Great to know the Geek Squad is on your side! Haven't used it yet for this product-but they have always done a great job in the past when I've used them. The confidence and security are worth the price.

Bought the Microsoft Surface for a 15 year old and since it was the kids first tablet we wanted protection in the event there is an accident. Geek squad is easy to work with and this is helpful to have.

I usually avoid these products but with kids in the house i decided to go for it. I'm happy I did. Whether it's a cup of coffee or a drop from a table I can sleep a little easier. It DOES NOT cover full submersion, so short of throwing it in the pool I should be okay. Also, I'm cautious with the hinges, so it's good to know that's covered as well.

If your not a tech. Then it could be hard for you to figure out what's exactly wrong with your computer. That's where these guys step in. They will find and fix any computer issues that you may have.

I am so grateful for the Geek Squad. They explain things in language that I understand. Over the years Geek Squad has helped with virus infected computers, computers needing to be rebuilt, and most recently with setting up my new laptop/tablet. Whenever we have a technology crisis we do not hesitate to contact the Geek Squad. They're the best!

Bought this because my computer failed, wouldn't even get passed the company logo when I turned it on. Geek Squad was able to get it fixed, and make sure I was virus free. Apparently it would've been over 200 without tech support, so it's already paid for itself.

I went in a lot originally these iPod a computer, printer, scanner etc. They’re always very nice and help me. I wasn’t satisfied with the product that I received because the computer has terrible memory so after three times I still haven’t used it anymore. But the tech service was good.

I have not used it much. (which is good I suppose) but the couple of times I went into BestBuy to ask the squad a couple of question, they have been helpful.

Well worth the money. Every Geek Squad person we talk to is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. If necessary to bring the computer in the problem is usually easily solved. We've had to work with viruses and ESTO problems (Equipment Superior to Operator). We'll renew every year.

The Geek Squad has been very helpful for me and my spouse. when we purchased our computer the help us set the new one up at the time of purchase, plus we brought in our old computer and they set it up and now works good as new also... great product service

Only once has my computer ever been "frozen" due to a virus that could have potentially infected my computer. Luckily my red flags went off just in time before I clicked the "click here for assistance" button. I called geek squad and they were able to get into my computer and remove the virus!

This plan is worth its weight in gold, especially for us a bit more technically challenged. Either over the phone, in store or online, the issues gets resolved. Have had in now for three years, definitely a keeper. Also can be used for multiple devices, not just one computer!

Had no trouble installing it. My complaint is with Best Buy for not giving my reward points after spending over 2000.00 on a tv and computer I reported them missing but no action.

I have used this in store and on line. Online help was excellent in helping me remove a virus. In store help can be hit or miss. I recommend making an appointment.

I haven't had to use it yet for the computer I purchased this with, but the geek squad has been super helpful to me in the past, so I can only assume this will be great as well.

Thankfully we've not had to take advantage of software repairs but we've replaced the screen through Geek Squad. The screen was accidentally damaged and we needed to replace it entirely. (I'm glad we purchased the warrenty it was worth it!) It was quick and easy we had the laptop back within the week!

Although I had issues at first, Geek Squad has definitely stepped it up and I haven't had any issues since. I will continue to use their services for my future purchases.

I have had to use them once and I tell ya, they were great helped me with cleaning and retrieving what I thought was lost photos. Great customer service

We renewed this several times because it was so useful. We have used over a dozen times when we have had trouble with our computer. They are excellent to work with. They are professional and patient when helping troubleshoot and fix computer. Well worth the money!
