Tech support for a year 200.00, that is awfully high! You ask 5 agents and you will get 5 different answers. Some of the techs are friendly while some are just jerks and downright rude! Had my laptop in because of "viruses", got laptop back in 2 days which was great, but a day later bring back in cause they didn't fix it. Its a shame driving back and forth, waste of time and my money.

I am really glad that I purchased the Geek Squad Support. I have learned how to send attachments, find apps and download pics. I am still learning how to use my computer, but it is great to know that I have help only a phone call or email away. So professional and always seem happy to help.

It is a convenient service in a store that I frequent. There was a discrepancy between what the salesman promised and the reality of the Geek Squad service desk.

Having a little PEACE OF MIND or insurance on an item is always nice. Me being young and worried anything would happen to my laptop between home, school, and work.... I spent the extra little money and used it multiple times to fix software and virus issues.

I had a great experience with the speed and expertise of the Geek Squad at the Matthews, NC store. All computer issues were resolved and I can continue to call for help as needed. I am very pleased with the price and the people. I feel confident that I will call or visit this location again.

Absolutely wonderful service and expertise. I had Andrew assist me at the Auburn store on two occasions - once when I first bought the laptop and a week later when I had LOTS of questions. He is a great asset to the team and the good news is I still have their service for 12 more months.

Tech support is so important in todays world, you need to have someone who is up to date and knows what to do and how to do it. The only problem was having to leave my computer for 5 days before I could pick it up. You feel lost in today's world without it--even though I had my smart phone.

I haven't had to replace my computer... yet! However, if I ever have a problem, the 24 hour phone assistance is great! It's always good to be precautionary too!

This service allows us to get quick service by folks who know what they're doing. They are able to explain the issues and the most affordable and appropriate service to make the repairs. This is an absolute must have service when you have a family of 6 and everyone had their own laptop.

It is a very nice feeling knowing i have a knowledgeable team that can walk me through or fix any computer issues.

Recently had a major virus hit my home PC that I could not remove myself. Quickly made an appointment with the Geek Squad to have my PC cleaned up and tuned up at the same time. They were able to save all my critical files, remove the virus and restore my PC back to normal! Great service!

Geek squad is very helpful and patient with me. I am not comfortable calling them everytime I encounter a problem, prefer to wait till I have a few questions

Don't know why I didn't go to the Geek Squad sooner. They fixed all my problems quickly and professionally. My computer works better than ever, and it was a lot cheaper than going out and buying a new one. Thanks Geek Squad!!

Took this for my old system. Comes in handy. Recommend to protect from accidental Damage Also have never had issues when needing repairs or help in the past!

Rescued me from a demon possessed laptop which was to have been a real deal on line. Full of malware and adware and every program was infected with a virus. Geek squad cleaned it off, in less than two days With one Years tech. Support for 3 machines I am happy and had no further problems

This service has been a little better than adequate and will allow me to return my computer again within the next year if I continue to experience problems.

I have had my desktop computer break twice in the past three months. Geek Squad explained what was wrong, answered all questions, repaired my computer and made sure to explain the problem, the fix, and showed me it was working before I left the store. Am very satisfied with Geek Squad.

The friendliness online with the rep was not so nice. It took over 8hrs to fix my issue, witch intern hasn't totally been fixed. Thus, I have to take it in.

I CALLED TO ASK QUESTION ON PASSWORD REQUIRED TO INSTALL 6520 PRINTER, THIS WAS NO PROBLEM TOOK SECONDS. THE PROBLEM STARTED DURING THE TUNEUP AND FILE UPDATING SESSION, AGENT COULD NOT RESTART COMPUTER, TWO HOURS LATER HE SUGGESTED I BRING UNIT BACK TO BEST BUY STORE SO MUCH FOR OFF SITE REPAIRES......WAIT TILL YOU HEAR ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE WHEN THR UNIT IS REPAIRED.

I prefer having the option of On-Site Service for my P.C., but I don't like having to wait around all day long for the Technician to show up. And then on top of that to have him/her to show up late even after the original window of Opportunity When the Tech. did show up, I have to say that he was very professional and efficient. He took time to listen to my concerns and to give me tips on certain other P.C. Issues. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service that I received. .
