I needed a tech to come to my home to fix a PC problem. The tech let me know the time that he would be arriving and he arrived on time. He fixed my PC problem and answered all of the questions that I had. I was extremely satisfied.

It was a lifesaving experience to explore a crucial technology issue and solve the problem! Amazing realization to be able to see and save such valuable information, by knowing how to use the technology and to properly update.

I invite a geek to my house once a year to check out the computers and they never fail to make them good as new. They teach me new things and clean up any messes I may have made through the year--they are life-savers!

Definitely am pleased with the service I receive, which is why I renew it every time. Only problem - I bought some new equipment recently and had duplicate Geek Squad contracts. All that has been taken care of now.

I wish I could clone Justin Jensen! I will have Justin over again to teach me. He is very professional and also gets back to me when I ask him a question via email. I love Best Buy and the Geek Squad!

Geek Squad did a great job installing my replacement tv under the Geek Squad extended warranty program. He explained everything to me and was very patient while I asked my questions. Good experience.

I have been away alot since I had Tech Support InHome. So disappointed I cannot print! I printed one request off site while away and overjoyed it was here when I got home. Now it will not print...I've tried turning off/on and on several different days. Today I stopped at Geeks in Robinson and told I need to have a re-visit,they cannot help me. I will call to have my agent return. I'd give him a 5 except for this glitch.

Our technician answered all of our questions and was able to set up our new Apple TV, soundbar, and replace our 5 remote controls with one that controls all of our equipment!!!

“My” Geek is the best, always on time and knowledgeable about my “Maxine”, he always makes me feel relieved that I haven’t hurt her and makes sure she is running great!

The Greek Squad tech Chris was very knowable about the set up of our second monitor to our system. He also took time to explain how monitor and system work together.

Had problems with our mouse freezing up and initially had telephone support from Geek Squad followed by in-home visit. Technician was able to diagnosis and resolve problem

My Tech had superior knowledge and responded in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and even corrected the mistakes that the Xfinity/Comcast tech did.
