The product is okay. Don't know if Webroot is better than Kaspersky. Mainly I didn't like how I got emails and messages after I bought it saying it would automatically be billed to my credit card 6 weeks later. I called Geeksquad to cancel the charges, otherwise, I think I would have been billed twice.

I purchased the HP Laptop for my Grandson's 13th birthday. He was very happy to receive it. It was so simple that he was able to set it up mostly by himself. He is looking forward to getting many years of usage out of it.

I was a little leary having been with the clamshell for so long. But you had me up and running in no time at all, and even had a really good hard shell belt holder that is really more comfortable than my previous one.

I've' purchased at least 3 other brands of rechargeable batteries in the past. These are by far the best AND I like the fact that they are all pre-charged and strong. Awesome for remote controls for TV etc.

We bought the FitBit for my grandson to encourage him to spend less screen time indoors and more hours walking, outside. It worked and his mother was greatly pleased. He loved the challenge of getting more steps completed.

HP Printer runs out of ink too often. Only print 2 sheets 5 times a week.

this phone works very well for my wife who has severe macular degeneration. At the highest zoom setting she is able to see the symbols on the phone and with Bixby she can make calls to family members and friends.

I was able to find my cartridges in stock versus other stores. I keep buying here due to receiving rewards points to help later on with my frequent buying of ink cartridges as well as have the lowest prices.

Bought this laptop for college student taking lots of science labs, etc. Laptop has a lot of memory and is super fast. Doesn't crash in spite of multiple open applications that require a lot of memory space.

The headphones work well with my laptop when I use Skype so that the person I'm talking with hears clearly. At times, before I got the headphones, they couldn't hear me at all. I still hear a lot of static, but can hear the other person well enough. So they do serve their purpose.

! am able to get help from the Geek Squad without it costing me a lot of money. I pay once a year and can take my devices in and get them fixed at any time or call in on the phone for help at home.

This TV has great picture and features. No lag time and the picture quality is so vivid. Geek squad delivered my TV and got everything setup with the new sound bar and explained how to operate everything.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She works from home somedays and needed a wireless keyboard to replace the one she had. When she came home from work, she was ecstatic to see that I had purchased it.

Bought a nice 40" TV, they installed it with ease. Had laptop serviced and all went well. Had to have info from old computer transferred to new computer. Great Company, Great Service, Great Merchandise.

It has done everything I wanted it to do!! When I go away I can set it on eco settings and not think about it again and upon my return turn the temp down and know that out will be cool when I walk in.

I’m constantly visiting my GEEKS. I don’t always remember things and they’re very patient and thorough in helping me set things up or fix things so that I understand. I wouldn’t be without GEEKS!!

We all think nothing will happen but when it does whom do you turn to? This has saved me countless times. The techs. have always been patient and explained things I can understand. Well worth the extra money.
