You need to teach your customer service people how to do their job. When I renewed this plan she asked if I wanted other plans . I told her no three or four times and she still added them to my bill. I caught it when I was told the total due. I then told her to take everything off I did not want and I told her that I told you that I did not want anything but the one plan. It took her about ten minutes to get it straightened out and assured me the other items were removed . It showed correct on the confirmation she sent. But low and behold when I got my C.C bill all the other charges were back on it. You need to get that straightened out fast. I may not renew anything again ,this had happened before with reps trying to add more things even after being told no,no no. And they should speak better English so they can be understood.

Great item purchased at Alamo Ranch Best Buy. It was purchased 10/2017

Maybe my problems are not typical, since I do a lot of my own computer work. By the time I give up, there is a high probability that the issue is somewhat complex. The last time I took it in, the computer video was locking up randomly. They ran virus scans, got a small hit, a maybe fix. Everything else "Checked out fine". When I got the computer home, Microsoft Office (all components) had stopped working even though the programs appeared to be installed. Had to reinstall. Apparently the program registration file was deleted. Also. my Outlook profile was just gone. Lost all of my contacts, saved emails, calendar dates and appointments, just gone. After an hour or two, the crashing problem recurred. I unplugged all components to the system, the external HDD's, the sound, webcam. System went stable. Turned out my Webcam was crashing the system. Had I tried that earlier, I would have saved myself the grief of having to repair Microsoft Office. Not entirely their fault, since they only asked me to bring in my box, not the whole rig, but losing Office and Outlook was an unexpected complication.

Love my samsung tablet this is no. 3 tablet I have but at best buy.
