I was getting ready for an overseas business trip and wanted a good headset for music and listen to in flight entertainment. I reviewed several sets online and was surprised to see the new Sony WH1000XM2 unit was highly praised. I didn't just take the reviews to heart I went to see a unit and talk to BestBuy. I was convinced enough to buy a set and was pleased to have all my fears relieved after first turning on the unit to listen. It's extraordinary. The features are great too. I also have the benefit of talking to an industry expert that rates this unit high and confirmed what the people at my Best buy told me.

Geek squad installed two TV's on the wall for me. They made sure they were doing what I wanted and to my Standards. The TV mounting area was taped off and I sat to make sure it was placed properly and when not they started the process over. They did not try to up-sell or charge additional fees. They made the installation look like what they were professional. Side note: I also have their total house plan and the work done on my laptop and desktop computer were handled with the same level of professionalism. I recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent customer service in store as well

The oasis 250 Keurig is an easy to use single serve programmable coffee maker. The user can select the strength of the brew as well as the amount (4, 6, 8 or 10 oz) for each serving. At 13.6 inches high, 8.9 inches wide and 13.8 inches deep this attractive brewer takes up very little counter space. My package was missing part of the water filter system and I called the Keurig support phone number. A friendly, knowledgeable representative assisted me and within days I received a package containing a complete water filter system. I enjoy tasty, hot coffee each time I use my oasis K250 Keurig.

Once again I have renewed both the insurance package and the Geek Squad protection-help package for the Lenovo laptop I bought three years ago from Best Buy in CA. I've had no issues with the Lenovo and Best Buy is taking great care of the laptop. I bring it into Best Buy once a year for its annual checkup and they do any software updates that might be needed. Yes, I spent 30 years in IT but when I had an issue then I called the help desk. Basically, I'm technologically inept and really appreciate having Best Buy resources available when I might need them.

I had my I phone 6'S battery replaced at Best Buy recently. They did a fabulous job with getting me in and having the battery replaced with in a hour. They are one of only two stores in Arizona which is allowed to do the replacement for Apple Phones. The next question below is would you recommend this to a friend. Yes I did as my friend like myself has tried to get this job done over the past few weeks so I told her about my great experience and she right now getting her new battery at Best Buy. Thanks Best Buy you did a great job. Jane

The Geek Squad service at the Coral Springs, FL location is fantastic. The representative helped us while making appointments for other customers and checking in those who had appointments. We were all taken care of efficiently because some computers had to download or install and while that was happening, others were able to get attention. We felt that the representative was able to handle all the customer service so everyone was taken care of in a timely fashion and that our computer issue was important to him.

I've been getting Geek Squad technical support and using Webroot for several years now, I can't imagine buying a computer without buying these two products to keep everything running smoothly and safely. The Geek Squad is made up of a special group of computer "Nerds" who really know their way into and all around the insides of our computers. They are there 24/7 for all of us, and it's a great feeling knowing that. They brought Webroot onto the scene with them, and it's been a great help in keeping my PC's and tablet running.
